The food at Jay's reminds me of my childhood. I grew up near Asheboro, NC, and we had the equivalent of Jay's called George's Carryout. In the early days, George waited on you, just as Jay took my order, shaped my crust, and adorned my pizza. This isn't just a pizza. It is a well thought out flavor experience. Service was stellar. The atmosphere is that of every carryout. A few chairs to wait 15 minutes for your pizza. A cooler with soft drinks and a single t.v. round out the atmospheric aspect. I ordered the Pesky Chicken and was told that it was going to be really good. Fresh basil pesto had just been made, and it was my base. Take a look at my photos . I’ve been away and a couple of years later, so glad to see Jay’s Incredible is still making yummy pizza. Ordered the white pizza with extra garlic, extra cheese and artichokes and everything was delish! I even think it’s better than I remembered. Extra cheesy, just the way I like it. The pizza tastes fresh out of the oven and not greasy
I’m not sure why they don’t have more reviews? This is the best pizza in Wilmington! Pickle pizza is my favorite but even the plain cheese is excellent, and that’s coming from a city girl. I would also recommend the Cesar solely based on the dressing. To make things even better they have a “pizza of the week” rotation where they experiment with weird toppings like jalapeno popper pizza
We had yummy pizza and tried the stuffed poppers. Everything was hot, crust perfectly cooked and delicious. Visiting from out of town we are always skeptical of a place that says they have the best in town, but I'd believe it. Staff was friendly too! We'll be back next time we come to the beach.
Found this location on Google and it didn't disappoint after the first place I went too and wasnt received well. The owner of this pizzeria was very polite and made my visit a nice one and I will be going back because after tasting his pizzas it was on point the sauce was good but customer service will always be the determining factor if I want to spend my money in your business. Thanks Jay for making me feel welcome in your restaurant.
I've eaten nearly everything Jay's Incredible has to offer. It's all amazing; prepared with pride and premium ingredients. Jay and his team provide excellent service. Moreover, Jay is a local entrepreneur who cares about people and his community.
This was such a wonderful surprise! It was ready on time, the staff was nice, and it was DELICIOUS. The antipasta salad, buffalo wings, and the pesky chicken pizza are all on my reorder list. I highly recommend!
This was my first time ordering at Jay’s incredible pizza. First off I’d like to say the young gentleman that took my order around 12 noon on 8-24-23 was very polite and well mannered. When my order came up he offered to take it out to my car for me. Wow such awesome service. I ordered two pizzas, first one was, Hawaiian - the banana peppers and feta cheese. The second one was a large that’s incredible - the fresh garlic. Also an order pepperoni rolls with the marinara sauce. Everything was made with fresh ingredients and cooked to perfection. I highly recommend Jay’s incredible pizza I took some pics to send to my son so he knew lunch was ready. I know I didn’t the lid off when I took the pic of the rolls but you can still see them.
